Enrique Segarra began his studies in Management and Public Administration at the end of the 20th century at the UJI of Castellón, and in parallel he pursued a career as a civil servant in Administrations Locals in the same province, for which the Cross of Police Merit was awarded for more than 25 years of excellent professional career. After retiring due to a sudden disability, he takes greater awareness of the negative effects of aging and the agendas that are approaching in a disruptive way, deciding to complete his Political Science studies at UNIR to analyze and update the political definition of aging within the logical framework that is used in the Design of Public Policies.
